Track referral activity and recover failed payouts
Affiliate Manager now shows PayPal payout failures, records administrative changes and supports deeper recruiting networks. Public API access also gives developers a way to build custom integrations.

See what happened to a PayPal payout
Affiliate Manager now distinguishes payments still being processed from payments PayPal has denied or failed. The Payouts page shows Processing and Failed tabs when those states are present, with the gateway's failure reason available for review.
After checking a failed payment, an admin can use Retry Payment to return it to Approved for Payout. It can then be paid again from there. Returning it to the queue does not itself confirm that money has been delivered.
Trace changes to your programme
Workspace admins can select Affiliate Manager in Settings > Audit Logs. Entries identify the person who made a change and show before-and-after values for supported campaign, affiliate, customer and commission activity.
Filter by action or the relevant affiliate, campaign, customer or payout to investigate a particular change.
Let affiliates keep recruiting
Affiliates at any level of a multi-tier campaign can now invite sub-affiliates. Recruiting depth is no longer limited by the campaign's commission tiers.
Commission calculations continue to follow the configured tier depth, counted back from the affiliate who made the sale. Deeper recruiting does not add commission tiers to your existing setup.
Build a custom integration
Affiliate Manager's public API now offers 32 endpoints across affiliates, campaigns, commissions, payouts, referred customers and related resources. Developers can use the appropriate affiliate-manager.readonly and affiliate-manager.write scopes through OAuth or a Private Integration.
This enables custom reporting and synchronisation through the native API. It does not add those operations to the current Creator Agents tool catalogue.
