Who and what this covers
Creator Labs is the brand of Alex Bacarella, an individual developer based in Australia. This policy covers the Creator Labs website, Creator Agents dashboard, free growth profiles and Creator Agents plugin. Contact legal@creator.gg about privacy.
Your agent host, the underlying marketing platform and connected services have their own privacy terms. This policy describes the Creator Agents layer. A business using Creator Agents remains responsible for its own customer information and marketing instructions.
Information we collect and access
- Information you provide: name, email, company details, website URLs, goals, preferences, research, growth plans, drafts and support messages.
- Account and connection information: email verification, platform identity, workspace membership, permissions, sessions, encrypted provider credentials and hashed agent credentials.
- Information retrieved for your requested work: authorized contact and audience fields, email templates and campaigns, social accounts, posts, comments, media and operation results.
- Saved service records: private business intelligence and history, growth research and jobs, reply drafts and review state, connection records and operation status references.
- Technical information received by hosting and security services: IP addresses, browser headers, request and error information. Website tracking also records visitor activity as described below.
Information comes from you, your authorized agent, public websites you ask us to research, your Creator Platform workspace and connected providers. You can draft in your agent without a Creator Agents account; information kept only in that conversation is handled by the agent host.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate access, bind connections to the right profile or workspace, retain business context, research public websites, generate growth plans, carry out requested operations, show drafts and results, provide support and investigate failed or uncertain operations.
Security and operation records help prevent unauthorized access and duplicate sends or publications. Access-request details support your request and associated platform onboarding. Visitor tracking helps relate website activity to access requests.
Optional reply automation follows your opt-in and runs in your chosen agent host. Preparing a draft does not authorize sending it. Publishing a saved reply requires human review.
Cookies and website tracking
The Creator Agents dashboard uses secure session cookies for sign-in. Free growth sessions last up to 30 days unless expired or revoked earlier. Access forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for abuse.
Our website and dashboard load HighLevel’s external visitor tracker through Cloudflare Zaraz. It records page visits and uses visitor identifiers. When you complete an access request, the tracker can receive the submitted name and email and associate earlier visitor activity with a platform contact. Private growth briefs are kept outside the tracked access-request form.
You can use browser controls to restrict cookies or block tracking scripts. Blocking authentication cookies can prevent sign-in; blocking verification can prevent access requests. These browser controls are separate from revoking an agent connection.
Retention, deletion and disconnecting
- Raw scraped website content is eligible for cleanup after 30 days. Unverified free-profile drafts are eligible for cleanup after 30 days of inactivity.
- Verified free-profile context, research results and saved campaign content are retained until you delete the profile. Profile deletion removes its active sessions, links, research, jobs and activity and revokes profile-origin agent grants.
- Context explicitly linked into a platform workspace remains in that workspace when a free profile is deleted. Saved workspace intelligence, its history and reply-review records do not have a single automatic expiry; manage them through the available workspace tools or contact us about deletion.
- Operation receipts and security records have separate retention rules. Receipts retain operation identifiers and status to prevent duplicate actions rather than duplicating full campaign or contact content. Revoked connection records may remain after access ends.
Revoking a connection stops access. It does not itself delete context, drafts, native CRM records, delivery history or records held by your agent host and connected providers. Native platform records must be managed separately.
Cleanup is not a promise of immediate removal from every backup. Residual provider backups and records required by applicable law may follow separate retention periods. If a requested record cannot be deleted, we will explain the applicable limitation.
Requests, rights and complaints
You can manage connections and your free profile in the Creator Agents dashboard, correct business context through authorized tools and manage marketing records in your Creator Platform workspace.
Contact legal@creator.gg. Include your account email and, if relevant, your workspace name. Do not include passwords, access tokens or unrelated customer records.
For access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint, describe the information and issue involved. We will verify your authority, review the request and respond with the outcome or any additional information needed. Avoid sending identity documents unless we specifically arrange a secure verification method.
Applicable privacy law may give you additional rights, including restricting processing, objecting to processing or requesting a portable copy. Tell us which right you wish to exercise. Requests about records held independently by your agent host or another provider may also need to go to that service.
If a complaint remains unresolved, you may contact the privacy regulator that has jurisdiction. In Australia, information is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
