Creator Labs services
These terms cover the Creator Labs website, Creator Agents dashboard and plugin, operated by Alex Bacarella, an individual developer based in Australia, under the Creator Labs brand.
Creator Agents adds shared business context, growth guidance and connected contact, email and social tools to the agent you already use. Available actions depend on your access level, authorized workspace, connected accounts, provider capabilities and agent host.
Account and workspace authority
Use your own account and only workspaces and records you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in details and review each agent’s permissions before connecting it. Do not provide passwords or access tokens in chat or support messages.
A verified free profile can authorize private growth context. Connected platform data and actions require an activated workspace and explicit sign-in, linking and consent. Connections remain bound to the authorized profile or workspace.
Contacts and content
Only provide content and contact information you have authority to use for the requested work. Respect consent, opt-outs, suppression lists, intellectual property and connected channels’ rules. Do not bypass access controls or carry out deceptive, abusive or unlawful activity.
Your information is processed to provide the requested service as described in the privacy policy. Information returned to your agent is also handled by that host under its own terms.
Free plugin use and optional platform features
The Creator Agents plugin is free to install and use for planning and drafting from information you supply. Verified free growth profiles support saved private context. The plugin does not initiate purchases.
Connected contacts, email and social tools require Creator Platform activation. Any applicable Creator Platform subscription or usage pricing is presented in the separate activation or checkout flow. An agent’s upgrade suggestion does not authorize a purchase. Your agent host and other services may also charge under their own terms.
Connected services and availability
Sign-in, native marketing records, email delivery and social network actions depend on the underlying platform and connected providers. Their capabilities, rules and availability govern what can be completed. We report unsupported actions and uncertain outcomes where available; a saved connection alone does not guarantee that every tool is exposed in every host.
Disconnecting an agent stops its access. It does not cancel a platform subscription or delete records held by another service. Use that service’s account controls for those changes.
Your statutory rights
These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Support and account changes
Contact legal@creator.gg. Include your account email and, if relevant, your workspace name. Do not include passwords, access tokens or unrelated customer records.
You can revoke connections and delete your free profile through the Creator Agents dashboard. Other account or data-deletion requests are described in the privacy policy. Contact us if you need help with an account change or a service issue.
Updates to these terms will be published here with their effective date and any notice required by applicable law.
