Getting started
Creator Agents adds growth planning, business context and connected marketing tools to the agent you already use. Start with the agent setup guide and product documentation.
You can plan and draft from information you supply to your agent without a Creator Agents account. To save and use private context through Creator Agents, sign in to a verified free growth profile. Contacts, email and social actions require an activated Creator Platform workspace.
Connection help
Ask your agent to check its Creator Agents connection and report the workspace and available capabilities. A saved plugin alone does not prove that an agent is connected. Complete the host’s OAuth sign-in and consent flow when requested.
A free connection can use private growth context. When you activate Creator Platform tools, sign in to your Creator Platform workspace and explicitly link and enable connected tools in the Creator Agents dashboard. The same connection can then use the workspace’s available tools. Your host may need to refresh its tool list.
Review or revoke connections in the dashboard. Revocation stops that connection’s access; it does not delete saved business data.

Contact legal@creator.gg. Include your account email and, if relevant, your workspace name. Do not include passwords, access tokens or unrelated customer records.
For connection help, describe your agent host, the step that failed and the time it happened. For email or social issues, include the operation reference returned by Creator Agents. If the outcome is uncertain, check the existing result before repeating a send or publication.
Privacy and deletion requests
Use the same contact for access, correction, deletion requests or privacy complaints. State which account, workspace and information your request concerns. We need to verify ownership or workspace authority before handling private records.
Native contacts, campaigns and social records are managed in your Creator Platform workspace and connected services. Disconnecting an agent is separate from deleting data. Read the privacy policy for the data flows and retention details.
