Review recent activity together
The refreshed Contact Activity panel brings opportunities, appointments, notes and tags into one view. Duration, user and activity filters help narrow the history, while expandable cards and a customisable panel position let you work with the context you need. Enable the relevant Labs feature to use the refreshed panel.
Additional activity cards described for fields, workflows, payments and courses are future work, rather than part of this release.
Give each contact a clearer document structure
Documents can now be organised into nested folders within a contact. Create custom folders, move documents and recover items from Trash within 60 days. System folders remain protected; a folder belongs to the contact where it was created.
Calculate values in the private beta
Eligible private-beta workspaces can add calculated custom fields to contacts, opportunities and custom objects. Formula, time-difference, time-since and time-until calculations produce supported result types and update as their inputs change. Calculated values are read-only; use the sample test before relying on a formula.
Time Since and Time Until fields can appear as Smart List columns, but cannot be used as Smart List filters. Access to the private beta is required; the feature is not available universally.
