Inspect a trigger, an action or the whole workflow
The new Test Workflow experience is available through Labs. It can listen for a trigger event for 15 minutes, pin an event, inspect a single action’s input and output, or run the workflow with test history and retry controls.
Tests execute real steps, including messages and record changes. Use isolated test data and review every action first. A successful test is evidence about that run, rather than a guarantee of future customer outcomes.
Build with records you already have
The native workflow AI Builder can look up existing forms, pipelines, stages, snippets, tags, users and other supported records by name while assembling a workflow. That gives it more account context when you describe the automation you want.
Review the selected records and each generated step. Credentials, permissions and remaining setup tasks still need attention; an AI-generated workflow can contain mistakes.
Compare two to ten equal paths
The workflow A/B Test action distributes contacts equally across two to ten paths. Choose a goal and a stopping rule based on contacts, goal completions or a date. Once a winner is declared, future entrants follow it while contacts already in a path finish there.
You can declare a winner manually. Ties select the first path, and date rules use the account time zone. Resetting and saving clears results and may route returning contacts again. This is workflow path testing, with no promise of statistical significance or a better conversion rate.
