Bring richer messages into customer conversations

RCS is entering Labs for eligible workspaces, with branded messages, rich cards and replies. Guided sender registration keeps setup and approval tracking in Creator Platform.

Set up an approved sender

For eligible workspaces with RCS access enabled, open Settings → Phone System → RCS Messaging. The new guided registration collects your brand identity, target countries, messaging use and consent details, plus US verification where required. Progress is saved so you can return before submitting.

Carrier and provider approval is required before live messaging. A submitted registration is not permission to send. Check the sender status and your account access before preparing a campaign.

US sender registration carries separate third-party verification and carrier fees in addition to per-message charges. Review the current fees before submitting.

Give people a useful next step

Supported RCS experiences can show your business identity, images, rich cards, carousels, action buttons and suggested replies. Use an approved sender in supported Conversations, bulk messaging and workflows, with reusable RCS content where your account has access.

RCS delivery depends on the country, carrier, device, messaging app and recipient settings. Keep the essential message understandable as plain text when SMS fallback is configured. Consent, opt-outs and account messaging charges still apply; read receipts and delivery are not guaranteed.

Check your rollout access

This is an early-access Labs rollout with workspace enablement and account-specific eligibility. Existing guidance also describes phased private beta access, so an enabled sender or public example does not establish that every workspace has the same controls. If RCS is absent, check your workspace eligibility before beginning registration.
