Put the next instruction beside the conversation
Workflows can now add an internal comment to a conversation. Use a lead event to record context, leave follow-up instructions or mention the teammate who should take over. The note stays inside the team conversation history and is not sent to the customer.
Open Automation → Workflows and add the Internal Comment action. Enter the note and any teammate mentions, then save and publish when the workflow is ready.
Make recurring bookings easier to follow
Recurring bookings now send one confirmation for the series, while reminders and follow-ups run for each occurrence. Custom recurrence patterns also receive confirmation, reminder and change notifications.
For custom series, reschedule and cancellation notices follow the scope you choose. Include the appointment date and time custom value to show recurrence details. The improvements apply to new or edited bookings through calendar notifications; workflow behavior is unchanged.
Match gift-card messages to the selected language
Gift-card purchase confirmations, recipient emails and SMS messages now use the selected locale. Previews reflect that language too, so you can check the communication before it reaches the recipient.
This translates the system-generated gift-card communication. Review your own product descriptions and personal messages separately when preparing a localized offer.
