A clearer view of social performance and conversations

Compare social performance over time and ask your agent to inspect conversations on supported connected accounts.

Compare the periods that matter

Your agent can prepare a social report for a chosen period and comparison window, across selected accounts. Available totals, trends and audience breakdowns stay tied to their source. If an account or metric is unavailable, the report keeps that gap visible instead of treating missing data as zero.

Bring conversations into the work

Agents can read comments and replies on supported Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts. Where the account and network permit it, you can authorize a reply or supported reaction to the exact conversation. Those direct actions publish immediately, so reviewing a report or reading a thread does not authorize a response.

Keep account differences clear

Threads now works with the existing draft, publishing, scheduling and analytics paths. Account permissions and media requirements still apply. Comment support varies by network; YouTube comments are currently unavailable through Creator Agents, while supported YouTube analytics remain separate. LinkedIn personal profiles do not supply the same statistics as Pages.

Prepare the right placement

Agent guidance now checks each account and placement separately, including distinct Reel and Story drafts. If a TikTok upload fails because of media hosting, your agent can guide recovery for that failed destination while preserving successful placements. A hosted URL alone does not prove the network can ingest the file.

Start with a focused request

Ask your connected agent to compare a recent period with the previous one, or to inspect comments on a particular post. It will check the available account capabilities and report coverage limits. A cached agent session may need its tool catalogue refreshed to discover the newer operations.
