Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of services provided by Creator Labs. By using the website, booking a call, or entering into a pilot or other engagement with Creator Labs, you agree to these Terms unless a separate written agreement applies.

Creator Labs provides lead reactivation strategy, segmentation, messaging, workflow support, response handling, and reporting for B2B SaaS teams. Pilot scope, timelines, deliverables, fees, and success criteria may be described in a proposal, statement of work, order form, or written confirmation between the parties.

Creator Labs does not guarantee a specific number of replies, meetings, booked calls, revenue, or pipeline. Outcomes depend on data quality, market demand, offer fit, consent posture, sales follow-up, and other factors outside Creator Labs' control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, CRM exports or access, lead status definitions, calendar availability, approved messaging guidance, and timely feedback needed to run the engagement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to contact leads and provide relevant CRM data to Creator Labs for the agreed services. This includes maintaining appropriate consent records, suppression lists, unsubscribe records, and any other compliance documentation required for email, SMS, or other outreach channels.

Creator Labs designs reactivation workflows to support consent-aware outreach, clear identification, and opt-out handling. Customers remain responsible for their own compliance obligations under applicable laws and platform rules, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, local privacy laws, carrier rules, and CRM or messaging platform terms where applicable.

If a recipient opts out, requests deletion, or otherwise objects to outreach, the customer and Creator Labs will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor that request within the active engagement workflow.

Creator Labs may receive access to customer CRM data, lead records, campaign data, message history, and performance reporting for the purpose of delivering the services. Creator Labs will use customer data only to provide, secure, improve, and report on the agreed services unless otherwise authorized.

Each party will protect non-public business information using reasonable care and will not disclose confidential information except to personnel, contractors, vendors, or advisors who need it to support the engagement and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Fees, payment timing, pilot duration, cancellation rights, and refund terms are defined in the applicable written proposal, invoice, or statement of work. Any material scope changes should be confirmed in writing.

Creator Labs retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, processes, software, know-how, and internal materials. Customers retain ownership of their data, brand assets, CRM records, and proprietary business information.

Unless otherwise agreed, customers may use final reports, approved messaging, and campaign outputs delivered for their internal business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from the website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Vietnam unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing formal proceedings.
